Art Soup will then construct your newsletter with information and pictures that you supply. Once your newsletter is completed it will be emailed to you for approval prior to being emailed out to a subscribers list supplied by you.

What are the benefits of Art Soup’s “Newsletter Campaigner”?

Once Art Soup has created your account, you will be issued with log in details and a password, allowing you to log into Art Soup’s “Newsletter Campaigner”. From here you will be able to manage your subscribers list and view a reports page which updates stats in real time! This means that you will be able to see when and how many people are opening your newsletter, once it has been sent. Art Soup’s “Newsletter Campaigner” will also automatically manage your subscribers list by handling all bounce back emails and customers wishing to unsubscribe. There will also be functions added to your newsletter that will allow your newsletter to be forwarded onto friends and point viewers directly to websites.

How much will it cost me?

For a once off, Graphic Design fee of $240+gst, Art Soup will design your newsletter template, using your existing logos and colour schemes and construct your first Newsletter. A proof will then be supplied to you for approval, prior to it being sent.

A delivery and administration fee of 5c+gst per email recipient will be charged. (100 email recipients = $5+gst). This fee is for the establishment and on-going maintenance of your “Newsletter Campaigner” account. This includes all the real time reports generated by your account and the automated management of your subscribers list.

Your newsletter template will then be up-dated monthly or Bi-Monthly (depending on how often you would like to send your newsletter campaign out). The updating of your newsletter will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour +gst.

Why not just type my own emails and save money?

First impressions say a lot about your business. A professionally designed, attractive looking Newsletter, tells your clients (and potential clients) that you are a professional, well organised organisation.

By typing and emailing your own newsletter, you are not giving your clients the opportunity to ‘Unsubscribe’ from your newsletter and you may find yourself in violation of Anti-Spamming Laws.

You will also be unable to monitor what type of response you are getting from your emails. Are my clients receiving it? Are they reading it? Are they visiting your links? Are they forwarding it on? Art Soup’s “Newsletter Campaigner” real time reports can tell you all of this.

More importantly you are going to have to manually manage your subscribers list, by manually removing people that don’t want to be emailed and monitoring email addresses that are no longer valid and cause bounce back replies. An Art Soup newsletter will also allow people who received the newsletter through forwarding, to click on an “Add me to the subscribers list” button, and have their email address added automatically for your next Newsletter.
